Created in 2012, Eaglestone Belgium is the first subsidiary of the Eaglestone Group. Our urban projects are ambitious, innovative and focused on 4 segments: residential, office, retail and hotel. As an innovative player in urban development, we create cutting-edge concepts where services and technologies come into their own. We stimulate change in mentalities and the evolution of communities by creating activity and quality public spaces. We believe in the strong and unique identity of every single one of our projects. We are very aware of our role in the creation of a new urban fabric. Every location, every curve and every material is chosen for a reason. Our strategy is to make opportunistic investments, acquiring and converting obsolete buildings. Our mission is to create added value and enhance urban areas.
