Eaglestone France recently marked a significant milestone in the French property market. Cardinal Promotion joined forces with a consortium comprising Crédit Agricole Centre France, Banque des Territoires, Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin and the CCI (French Chamber of Commerce and Industry) to revitalise Parc Cataroux in Clermont-Ferrand.

This historic industrial site, associated with Michelin, was inaugurated at the beginning of April with the laying of the foundation stone for the Pôle d'Innovation Collaboratif (PIC).
